- 2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Spread frozen tater tots in single layer in prepared baking dish. Bake 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook bacon until crispy and crumble. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat butter in large skillet over medium-low heat. Add egg mixture and scramble until just set but still creamy.

Remove tater tots from oven. Top with scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and 1.5 cups cheese.
